Our warranty policy is simple - if you are not satisfied with your purchase then we have failed to earn your trust and prove what we believe are the finest engineered and manufactured products in the industry. Please allow us the opportunity to demonstrate excellence in customer service by refunding your hard earned dollars. Warranty claims are treated with the highest priority and supersede all other ongoing business. Please email to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for all warranty/return claims before shipping your item back to us.

Qualification: normal wear, particularly for barrels, is to be expected during the life of a product. Likewise, outright abuse is generally not an accepted component of a warranty claim, nor is detrimental conditions caused by other manufacturers’ components. However, Umbrella takes great pride in the durability and longevity of our engineered materials; destructive claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis for both warranty and scientific merit.
